妇产科教学中结合微信平台的PBL教学模式分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨妇产科教学中结合微信平台的PBL教学模式。方法选取2019年我科妇产科实习医生50名,进行为期两个学期的妇产科临床教学。根据不同教学方法进行分组,对照组采用常规教学法、试验组采用结合微信平台的PBL教学模式,两组实习医生各25名。比较两组妇产科实习医生妇产科临床理论知识、妇产科临床技能知识的考核成绩,并通过问卷调查评价各组妇产科实习医生对教学效果的满意情况。结果试验组妇产科临床理论知识、妇产科临床技能知识的考核成绩高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组对教学效果的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用结合微信平台的PBL教学进行妇产科临床教学可取得较好效果。 Objective To explore the PBL teaching mode combined with Wechat platform in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods 50 interns of obstetrics and gynecology in our department in 2019 were selected for two semesters of clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.The patients were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method and the experimental group adopted the PBL teaching mode combined with Wechat platform.There were 25 interns in each group.The examination results of clinical theory knowledge and clinical skill knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology were compared between the two groups:and the satisfaction of gynecology and obstetrics interns in each group was evaluated by questionnaire.Results The scores of clinical theoretical knowledge and clinical skill knowledge of gynecology and obstetrics in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group to the teaching effect was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching combined with Wechat platform in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can achieve good results.
