助产士成长手册在新入职助产士培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的构建多元化新入职助产士培训方案,提升新入职助产士综合素养。方法编写、应用助产士成长手册,突出助产人文、职业前景、个性化、专业素养、急救技能、护理风险评估等方面的个性化动态追踪、评价、支持,在此基础上对2016年1月—2019年9月新入职6名助产士完善多元化培训方案。结果应用助产士成长手册培训的新入职6名助产士全部在岗,均通过了江苏省母婴技术考核,获得了国家“母婴技术专项考核合格证书”,母婴技术完全合格。2016年住院孕产妇对助产生的平均满意度为98.72%,2017年为99.85%,2018年为100%,2019年1-9月均为100%,呈现稳步提高的态势。新入职助产士的满意度为100%。结论助产士成长手册为探索多元化的新入职助产士培训方案提供了操作蓝本,可从队伍的稳定性、专业素养、人文服务等方面提高培训效果。 Objective To construct a diversified training program for new midwives and improve the comprehensive quality of new midwives.Methods The midwife development manual was compiled and applied to highlight midwifery in humanities,career prospects,personalization,professional quality,first aid skills,nursing risk assessment,etc.On this basis,the diversified training program was applied to the 6 midwives newly employed during January 2016 to September 2019.Results All the 6 new midwives who were trained by midwife development manual were on duty.They passed the maternal and infant technology examination of Jiangsu province,and obtained the national"Special Examination Certificate of Maternal and Infant Technology.In 2016,the average satisfaction of hospitalized pregnant and maternal women was 98.72%,99.85%in 2017,100%in 2018,and 100%from January to September in 2019,showing a trend of steady improvement.New midwives satisfaction were 100%.Conclusion The midwife development manual provides operation blueprint for exploring diversified training programs for new midwives,which can improve the training effect from the aspects of team stability,professional quality and humanistic service.
