地佐辛复合丙泊酚在肠镜中的应用效果分析

Effect Analysis of Dezocine Combined With Propofol in Colonoscopy

目的观察地佐辛复合丙泊酚在无痛结肠镜息肉电切术中的临床效果,探讨其有效性及安全性。方法将100例接受无痛结肠镜息肉电切术的患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。所有患者均在术前8 h禁食水及肠道准备。进入检查体位后,常规监测血压、心率、血氧饱和度、呼吸频率及心电图,吸氧并开放一侧上肢静脉通道。对照组单独给予丙泊酚静脉麻醉,观察组给予地佐辛复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉。两组患者均待睫毛反射消失后进行结肠镜检查及肠息肉切除手术治疗。观察两组患者术毕苏醒时间、术后VAS评分及丙泊酚用量等情况。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术。观察组苏醒时间较对照组明显减少,丙泊酚用量及术后VAS评分明显少于对照组,两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在无痛结肠镜息肉电切术中不仅安全有效、不良反应少,而且可以减少术中丙泊酚用量,缩短麻醉诱导和手术时间,有利于术者操作,同时减轻患者术后疼痛不适感,镇痛效果优于丙泊酚单独静脉麻醉。

Objective Observe the clinical effect of dizocine combined with propofol in painless colonoscopic polypectomy and discuss its effectiveness and safety.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing painless colonoscopy polypectomy were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous anesthesia with propofol alone,while the observation group was given dezocine combined with propofol.Both groups of patients were treated with colonoscopy and intestinal polypectomy after the eyelash reflex disappeared.Record the recovery time after operation,the VAS score and the amount of propofol after the operation.Results In the observation group,the recovery time was significantly reduced compared with the control group,and the amount of propofol and postoperative VAS score were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous anesthesia of dizoxin combined with propofol is not only safe and effective,but also has fewer adverse reactions during painless colonoscopic polypectomy.It can also reduce the amount of propofol during operation,shorten the anesthesia induction and operation time,and facilitate the operation of the operator.At the same time,it can alleviate postoperative pain and discomfort,and the analgesic effect is better than propofol alone intravenous anesthesia.
