静脉注射右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉的价值分析

The Value of Intravenous Dexmedetomidine in General Anesthesia

目的分析静脉注射右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉的价值。方法入组本院科室收治的全身麻醉患者共70例,随机分组,对照组的患者采取丙泊酚辅助全身麻醉,观察组采取静脉注射右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉。比较两组恢复自主呼吸时间、苏醒以及拔除气管的时间、不同时间患者MAP水平和HR、麻醉镇静效果、不良反应。结果观察组恢复自主呼吸时间、苏醒以及拔除气管的时间、术中患者MAP水平和HR、麻醉镇静效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉的价值高,优于丙泊酚辅助麻醉,可维持术中生命体征稳定,提高镇静效果,减少并发症,缩短麻醉恢复时间。

Objective To analyze the value of intravenous dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia.Methods 70 patients with general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with propofol and the patients in the observation group were treated with dextromethoridine.The recovery time of spontaneous respiration,recovery time and extubation time of trachea,map level,HR,anesthesia and sedation effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time,recovery time,extubation time,map level,HR and sedation effect of anesthesia in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous dexmedetomidine is more valuable than propofol in general anesthesia.It can maintain the stability of vital signs,improve the sedative effect,reduce complications and shorten the recovery time of anesthesia.
