摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,对食品安全提出了更高的要求,而牛肉作为一种高蛋白、低脂肪的优质肉类,越来越受到人们欢迎。但对于肉牛养殖过程中出现的各种问题,如"疯牛病"、"口蹄疫"等疫情的出现,使得牛肉的质量问题受到广泛重视和关注。 With the improvement of people’s living standard,higher requirements have been put forward for food safety.As a kind of high-quality meat with high protein and low fat content,beef has been more and more welcomed by people.However,the occurrence of various problems in the beef cattle breeding process,such as"mad cow disease","foot-andmouth disease"and other epidemic situations,makes the quality of beef cattle widely paid attention to and concerned.
