摘要
以某轻型4.5T纯电动车设计开发为例,文章分别从结构设计、CAE分析、台架试验等方面介绍复合材料板簧的开发与应用过程。同刚度下复合材料板簧相比传统的钢板弹簧可实现降重50%以上,而且其台架实验可达30万次以上,强度远远超过钢板弹簧。
Taking the design and development of a light 4.5T electric vehicle as an example,the development and application processs of composite leaf spring are introduced from the aspects of structure design,CAE analysis and bench test in this paper.Compared wish the composite leaf spring under the same stiffness,the traditional leaf spring can reduce the weight by more than 50%,and its bench test can reach more than 30000 times,which is far stronger than the leaf spring.
