摘要
某纯电动车SUV加速至54~120km/h区间,车内听到机舱盖前部传来较为明显的风哨声,通过测试分析及手工方案验证确定问题特征,锁定问题根源为机舱盖前端与中灯形成了一个“哨子”结构。通过添加空腔密封条最终解决了高频风哨声问题。
A electric vehicle SUV was accelerated to the range of 54-120km/h,and a relatively obvious wind whistle was heard in the car from the front of the engine compartment cover.The characteristics of the problem were confirmed through test analysis and manual scheme verification.The root of the problem was that a"whistle"structure was formed between the front of the engine compartment cover and the middle light.The problem of high frequency wind whistle was finally solved by adding cavity seal strip.
