摘要
通过建立4自由度半车模型,文章利用matlab/simulink搭建了仿真模型,依照GB/T 7031《机械振动道路路面谱测量数据报告》中相关数据,对某重型牵引车在B级、C级、D级路面随机振动输入下进行了簧载质量加速度仿真分析,利用仿真分析得到的簧载质量加速度均方根值及电磁阀减振器的相关参数,进行了分级调控式电磁阀半主动悬架控制策略制定,为后续样件台架试验及实车道路试验奠定了基础。
Through the establishment of the 4 degrees of freedom half-car model,the simulation model was constructed using matlab/simulink.According to the relevant data in GB/T 7031 Mechanical Vibration Road Spectrometography Data Report,the random vibration input of a heavy tractor in class B,C and D roads.Under the reed-load mass acceleration simulation analysis,using the simulation analysis to obtain the reed-load mass acceleration average square root value and the relevant parameters of the solenoid valve shockreducer.The semi-active suspension control strategy of the graded regulated solenoid valve was formulated,which laid the foundation for the follow-up sample bench test and the real road test.
