摘要
文章以平台网纹形成过程为基础,结合珩磨加工特点,重点研究了珩磨加工工艺、珩磨原理及平台网纹参数应用与控制,通过公式计算及图示分析从根源上分析各网纹参数间的关系及网纹角控制措施,采用文中方程式和轮廓支撑长度率曲线图能够快速明确当网纹参数及角度不合格时需要控制的过程因素及调整策略,系统分析影响缸孔缸套网纹珩磨的因素,对日常缸孔网纹珩磨问题分析及实际应用提供经验借鉴。
In this paper,based on the platform checkered forming process,combining with the characteristics of honing processing,mainly studies the honing process,the principle of honing and platforms,application parameters and control,through the formula calculation and graphic analysis on root cause analysis the relationship between the lattice parameters and reticulate Angle control measures,use the equations and contour support length rate graph can be quickly clear,When the reticulated parameters and angles are not up to standard,the process factors and adjustment strategies that need to be controlled are analyzed.The factors that affect the reticulated honing of cylinder hole and liner are systematically analyzed to provide experience and reference for the analysis and practical application of daily reticulated honing of cylinder hole.
