摘要
为探索一种便捷、可视化的维生素C含量测定方法,采用新型闭合式双极性电极(BPE)体系,借助普鲁士蓝(PB)电致变色薄膜电极的颜色作为指示信号,通过比色法对商业产品中的维生素C含量进行测定。该实验装置经济简便且可重复使用,实验方法简单易行,电流效率高,结果可靠,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。
A new type of closed bipolar electrode system was proposed for conveniently and visually determining vitamin C content in real samples.In this system,an ITO electrode with electrochromic Prussian blue films(PB/ITO)was used as the signal electrode,and the concentration of vitamin C in the samples was measured by colorimetric method.Compared the results with those obtained by titration and high performance liquid chromatography,the proposed method is more reliable,simple,practical and easy to reset,demonstrating a strong potential in applications.
