住院患者知识期望量表的修订及在骨科患者中应用的信效度检验

Revision of the Expected Knowledge of Hospital Patients Scale and its reliability and validity in orthopedic patients

目的翻译并修订住院患者知识期望量表(EKhp),并评价其在骨科患者中应用的信效度。方法采用Brislin翻译方式对英文版EKhp进行翻译、回译和跨文化调适,形成中文版EKhp。2020年5—8月采用便利抽样法,选取在青岛市某三级甲等医院住院的744例骨科患者,使用中文版Ekhp进行调查,使用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、内部一致性检验等方法评价其信效度。结果中文版EKhp共40个条目,经探索性因子分析共提取出6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为62.584%。验证性因子分析结果显示,模型拟合良好。量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.960,Guttman折半信度系数为0.912,各维度Cronbach'sα系数为0.847~0.927,Guttman折半信度系数为0.732~0.923;量表中各条目的内容效度指数为0.875~1.000,全部条目平均内容效度指数为0.938。结论中文版EKhp在国内骨科患者中经初步检验具有良好的信度和效度,可以有效评估我国骨科住院患者的知识需求。

Objective To translate and revise the Expected Knowledge of Hospital Patients Scale(EKhp),and evaluate its reliability and validity in orthopedic patients.Methods The Brislin translation method was used to translate,back translate and cross-culturally adapt to form the Chinese version of the EKhp.From May to August 2020,convenience sampling was used to select 744 orthopedic patients hospitalized in a ClassⅢGrade A in Qingdao,and the Chinese version of the Ekhp was used for investigation.The reliability and validity were evaluated through exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,internal consistency test and other methods.Results The Chinese version of the EKhp had 40 items,and a total of 6 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 62.584%.The confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the model fitted well.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.960,and the Guttman's half-reliability coefficient was 0.912.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimension was from 0.847 to 0.927,and the Guttman's half-reliability coefficient was from 0.732 to 0.923.The item-level content validity index of the scale ranged from 0.875 to 1.000,and the average scale-level content validity index of was 0.938.Conclusions The Chinese version of the EKhp has good reliability and validity through preliminary tests in domestic orthopedic patients,which can effectively assess the knowledge needs of orthopedic inpatients in our country.
