摘要
进入21世纪,新生代员工成为职场主力,他们选择工作时更重视自己的幸福感体验。本文探究组织公平如何影响员工工作幸福感,并检验基本心理需要满足这一变量在该模型中的中介机制。研究结果发现,三类组织公平对员工工作幸福感有积极影响。基本心理需要满足部分中介组织公平对员工工作幸福感的影响作用。据此,本文为企业管理实践中打造组织公平氛围、提高员工工作幸福感和降低离职率提出相应的建议。
In the 21st century,the new generation of employees has become the main force in the workplace.When they choose a job,they began to pay more attention to their happiness experience.This paper explores how organizational justice affects employees'sense of well-being at work and examines the mediating mechanism of basic psychological need satisfaction in this model.The results show that three types of organizational justice have positive effects on employees'happiness at work.Basic psychological needs meet part of the intermediary organizational justice on the work happiness of employees.Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for creating a fair atmosphere of organization,improving employees'sense of well-being at work and reducing turnover rate in enterprise management practice.
