摘要 采用Al-Sr中间合金对ZL105进行变质处理,通过断口分析、拉伸性能测试、金相分析等方法研究了变质对ZL105合金力学性能及显微组织的影响。结果表明:变质处理后ZL105合金断口组织硅的亮点明显消失,抗拉强度和硬度有所提高,伸长率明显提高,金相组织中共晶硅棱角钝化,由针状、片状趋向于短棒状、颗粒状,Sr加入量为0.04%时变质效果最好。 ZL105 was modified by Al-Sr master alloy.The effect of modification on the mechanical properties and microstructure of ZL105 alloy was studied by means of fracture analysis,tensile test and metallographic analysis.The results show that after modification,the bright spot of the silicon in the fracture structure of ZL105 alloy disappears obviously,the tensile strength and hardness are improved,and the elongation is improved obviously.The eutectic silicon edges and comers of the metallographic structure passivate from needle and sheet to short rod and granular,and the modification effect is the best when the amount of SR is 0.04%.
