摘要
变频器拖动异步电动机的驱动方式在矿井提升机上的应用越来越普遍。以某矿井提升机控制系统为例,阐述了变频器故障的产生及排查方法,确定了是轴电流破坏了电动机的机械性能和电气性能,给出了相应的解决方案。详细介绍了轴电压、轴电流的产生及危害,指出了变频器的谐波加剧了轴电流对电动机的影响,并给出了针对性的预防措施。
The mode of the frequency converter driving the asynchronous motor was applied to the mine hoist more and more commonly.Taking the control system of a mine hoist as example,the paper narrated the fault of the frequency converter and the troubleshooting approaches,and identified it was the shaft current to destroy the mechanical performance and the electric performance of the motor,and then corresponding solutions were offered.It also elaborated the production and the damage of the shaft voltage and the shaft current,and pointed out the harmonic wave of the frequency converter aggravated the influence of the shaft current on the motor.Finally,the paper put forward the preventive measures.
