摘要
通过分析立轴冲击式破碎机的工作原理,建立简化模型,采用动能定理确定其最大叶轮处理量计算公式。根据公式推导出最大处理量与驱动功率和叶轮工作效率成正比,与物料离开叶轮边缘时的速度的平方成反比。当立轴破碎机装机功率和叶轮转速确定后,可计算出最大叶轮处理量,同时给出了提高叶轮处理量的方法,为立轴破碎机优化设计提供参考。
After the analysis on the working principle of the vertical-shaft impact crusher,its simplified model was built,and the kinetic energy theorem was applied to determine the formulas of calculating the maximum processing capacity of the impeller.The formulas showed the maximum processing capacity was proportional to the drive power and the working efficiency of the impeller,and was inversely proportional to the square of material velocity while it leaving the edge of the impeller.After the installed power of the vertical-shaft impact crusher and the velocity of the impeller being determined,the maximum processing capacity of the impeller could be calculated.After that,the approaches of enhancing the processing capacity of the impeller were offered,which offered reference for the optimization design of the vertical-shaft impact crusher.
