摘要
针对国内某铜矿铜钼分离作业中钼的选矿指标较差的问题,在原矿性质和问题分析的基础上,利用CCF型逆流充气式浮选柱替代原矮柱式浮选槽,同时优化了作业流程、工艺参数和药剂制度,确定了浮选柱的最佳条件参数。生产中利用2台CCF浮选柱替代4台矮柱浮选槽,获得了品位为46.82%、回收率为72.75%的钼精矿,实现了增产增效的目的。
In view of poor separation indexes during the copper-molybdenum separation process in a domestic copper mine,based on the analysis on nature of raw ore and the existed problems,CCF reverse-flow aircharging flotation column was applied to replace the original low-column flotation tank,meanwhile,the process flow,technical parameters and reagent system were optimized,finally the optimal conditional parameters of the flotation column were determined.In actual production,two CCF flotation columns were applied to replace four low-column flotation tanks,thus the molybdenum concentrate with grade of 46.82%and recovery ratio of 72.75%was obtained,so as to enhance the productivity.
