质量流量计在混装乳化炸药车上的应用研究

Study on application of mass flowmeter on mixed emulsion explosive truck

为提升混装乳化炸药车上乳化基质在泵送过程中计量准确性、运行安全性的问题,现场对一种国产低成本的质量流量计进行了应用试验。试验结果表明:该种质量流量计在用于测量温度为65℃、密度为1.35 g/cm3、黏度为44257 mPa·s乳化基质流量时,重复性强,形成双重计量方式,与传统计量方式相比,其测量值最大相对误差率为1.72%。同时,混装乳化炸药车上增设质量流量计后,可有效防范乳化基质输送泵干磨现象的发生,从而提升了混装乳化炸药车安全运行水平。

In order to improve the measurement accuracy and the transport safety of emulsion matrix in the pumping process of the mixed emulsion explosive truck,a kind of low-cost domestic mass flowmeter was applied to the application test on site.The test results showed:while the mass flowmeter was applied to measure the flow rate of emulsion matrix with temperature of 65℃,density of 1.35 g/cm^(3) and viscosity of 44257 mPa·s,the measurement results were highly repeatable and formed double measurement mode.Compared with traditional measurement method,the maximum relative error of the measurements was 1.72%.Meanwhile,after the installation of the mass flowmeter on the mixed emulsion explosive truck,the dry grinding of the emulsion matrix transport pump could be effectively prevented,so as to enhance the safe operation level of the mixed emulsion explosive truck.
