摘要
内部核心元器件失效常常导致继电保护装置失效,威胁电网安全。然而,目前继电保护装置可靠性评估鲜见考虑核心元器件失效模式的影响。针对上述问题,考虑核心元器件的硬件失效、软件失效、人因失效等失效模式,并区分硬件致命性失效与非致命性失效,建立了包含CPU芯片、电源芯片及其他芯片的继电保护装置Markov模型;进一步,根据实例及灵敏度分析法,定量分析了失效模式对继电保护装置可靠性的影响。
The failure of internal core components often leads to the failure of relay protection devices and threatens the safety of the power grid.However,at present,the reliability evaluation of relay protection devices seldom involves the influence of failure mode of the core components.In view of the above problem,considering the hardware failure,the software failure,and the human factor failure of the core components,and distinguishing the fatal failure and nonfatal failure of hardware,a Markov model of relay protection devices including the CPU chip,the power chip and other chips is established.Further,according to the example and sensitivity analysis,the influence of failure mode on the reliability of relay protection devices is quantitatively analyzed.
