摘要
介绍了以甘油为原料,经氯化得到二氯丙醇,在Ca(OH)_(2)的作用下皂化反应得到环氧氯丙烷,并将皂化废水蒸发制得CaCl_(2)·2H_(2)O的整个生产过程。通过开拓新思路、创新方法,使整个环氧氯丙烷装置能够稳定并满负荷运行。
In this paper,1,2-dichloropropanol was prepared by chlorination of glycerol in a glycerol epichlorohydrin plant,and then saponified with Ca(OH)_(2) to obtain 1,3-dichloropropanol epichlorohydrin,CaCl_(2)·2 H_(2) O was prepared by evaporation of saponification wastewater.To develop new ideas,to create new ways,to make the whole epichlorohydrin stable and full load operation.
