摘要
针对聚氯乙烯生产工段仪表设备报警设定不合理的情况,进行了综合报警管理,经过治理,大幅降低了报警数量,使报警信息具有较强预测性和指导意义,同时减轻了操作员的负担。
In view of the unreasonable alarm setting of instrument equipment in polyvinyl chloride production section,a comprehensive alarm management is carried out,and the number of alarms is greatly reduced through treatment,so that the alarm information has strong predictive and instructive significance,and the burden of operators is reduced at the same time.
