三七药酒对大鼠佐剂性类风湿关节炎的药效评价

The pharmacodynamics evaluation of Sangi medicinal wine on adjuvant arthritis in rats

目的评价三七药酒对大鼠佐剂性类风湿关节炎的药效作用方法选择Wistar大鼠建立佐剂性关节炎模型,按照随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、基酒组、雷公藤多苷组、三七药酒低剂量组、三七药酒中剂量组及三七药酒高剂量组,每组各8只,连续给药21天,观察各组大鼠体重、足趾厚度、足趾容积、足趾压痛、患足X线影像以及患侧踝关节的病理改变。结果三七药酒低、中、高剂量组大鼠体重明显高于基酒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三七药酒低、中、高剂量组大鼠足跖容积明显低于模型组和基酒组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三七药酒低、中、高剂量组痛阈明显高于模型组和基酒组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三七药酒低、中、高剂量组大鼠足踩部周长明显小于模型组和基酒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三七药酒中、高剂量组踝关节炎症细胞减少,关节滑膜增生减轻,结论三七药酒具有明显的抗炎、镇痛效果,能有效治疗类风湿性关节炎。

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the pharmacodynamics of Sanqi medicinal wine in treating rheumatoid arthritis through a rat model of adjuvant arthritis.Methods Wistar rats were selected to establish an adjuvant arthritis model,according to the random number table,they were divided into blank group,model group,base wine group,tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides group,low-dose Sanqi medicinal wine group,medium-dose Sanqi medicinal wine group and high-dose Sanqi medicinal wine group,each group had 8 rats,and they were administered continuously for 21 days.To observe the weight,toe thickness,toe volume,toe tenderness,X-ray images of the affected foot and pathological changes of the affected ankle joint in each group.Results The weight of rats in low,medium and high doses of Sanqi medicinal wine were significantly higher than that of base wine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The volume of radon was significantly lower than the model group and the base wine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain thresholds of the low,medium,and high dose group of Sanqi medicinal wine were significantly higher than that of the model and base wine groups.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ankle circumference of the rats in the low,medium and high dose groups of Sanqi medicinal wine was significantly smaller than that of the model and base groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ankle arthritis cells in the medium and high dose groups of Sanqi Medicinal wine decreased,and the synovial hyperplasia of joints was reduced.Conclusion Sanqi medicinal wine has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,and can effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis.
