经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术在基层医院的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较经尿道等离子前列腺剜除与经尿道等离子前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果方法选取2015年1月至2019年2月本院收治的良性前列腺增生患者321例,根据治疗方法分为观察组(108例)和对照组(213例)。观察组行经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术,对照组行经尿道等离子前列腺电切术,比较两组患者的围手术期指标、术中及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术后留置导尿管时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、术后住院天教及住院费用均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术中出血、包膜穿孔、二次手术等术中及术后近期并发症的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后尿路感染、尿道狭窄、尿失禁、膀胱颈口挛缩等远期并发症的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快、住院费用低等优势,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of transurethral enucleation resection of prostate and transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A selection of 321 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2019 were divided into observation group(108 cases)and control group(213 cases)according to treatment methods.The observation group underwent transurethral plasma enucleation of the prostate,and the control group underwent transurethral plasma resection of the prostate.The perioperative indicators,intraoperative and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,postoperative indwelling catheter time,postoperative bladder irrigation time,postoperative hospital stay and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of intraoperative and short-term complications such as intraoperative bleeding,capsular perforation,and secondary operations between the two groups(P<0.05);the two groups had postoperative urinary tract infection,urethral stricture,Urine,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of incontinence,bladder neck and mouth contracture and other long-term complications(P>0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasma enucleation of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has the advantages of short operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,quick postoperative recovery,and low hospitalization costs.It is worthy of clinical application.
