精细化线性引导法在蛇咬伤诊疗中的护理应用

目的观察精细化线性引导法护理模式在蛇咬伤诊疗中的应用效果c方法回顾性收集2018年1月至2019年12月本院急诊收治的蛇咬伤患者184例,根据护理模式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各92例,观察组采用精细化线性引导模式开展护理,对照组予以一般常规蛇咬伤护理模式护理。比较两种护理模式干预后患者的住院时间、疼痛评分、满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组蛇咬伤患者的住院时间短于对照组,疼痛评分、并发症累计发生率均低于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以精细化线性引导模式开展蛇咬伤患者护理,可提高该类患者治疗的及时性、安全性及有效性。

Objective To observe the application effect of the refined linear guidance nursing model in the diagnosis and treatment of snakebites.Methods Regression collecrion of 184 snakebite patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to the different care modes,with 92 cases in each group,and the observation group was guided by refined linear guidance Nursing was carried out in the model,and the control group was given general nursing care of snakebite.The hospitalization time,pain score,satisfaction degree and complications of patients after the intervention of the two nursing modes were compared.Results The hospitalizarion rime of snakebite patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the pain score and the cumulative incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,and the satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out snake bite patient care in a refined linear guidance mode can improve the timeliness,safety and effectiveness of treatment for these patients.
