摘要
本文对全球镍精矿闪速熔炼炉与直接炼镍工艺的特点进行了综述。简述了奥托昆普直接炼镍工艺的发展历程及其2017年大修改造情况,分享了在瓦纽科夫双区炉中直接冶炼浸染矿石的新思路。基于直接炼镍工艺非常适合处理含钴、钼族金属且MgO含量较高的硫化铜镍矿的优势,建议金川集团重点关注直接炼镍工艺。
This article summarizes the characteristics of flash smelting furnace and direct nickel smelting process around the world.In this article,the development history of direct nickel smelting process of Outokumpu and its overhaul in 2017 are briefly introduced,and the new way of direct smelting disseminated ores in Vanyukov dual-zone furnace is also shared.Basing on the advantage that direct nickel smelting process is very suitable for treating copper nickel sulfide ores containing cobalt,platinum group metals and high MgO content,it recommends that Jinchuan Group should focus on direct nickel smelting process.
