臭氧疗法辅助关节镜下腓骨截骨术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果 被引量:1

Effect of ozone therapy assisted arthroscopic fibular osteotomy on knee osteoarthritis

摘要 目的:观察臭氧疗法辅助关节镜下腓骨截骨术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法:抽取2018年1月至2019年10月洛阳市第一人民医院收治的KOA患者88例,依据治疗方案分为两组,每组44例。对照组给予关节镜腓骨截骨术治疗,观察组给予臭氧疗法辅助关节镜下腓骨截骨术治疗。回顾性比较两组治疗效果及膝关节相关指标。结果:治疗4周,观察组总有效率高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.091,P=0.024)。治疗4周,观察组Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组(t=9.703,P=0.001),视觉模拟评分、西部安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数可视化量表评分低于对照组(t=5.898、11.650,P<0.05)。结论:KOA患者行关节镜下腓骨截骨术治疗后臭氧疗法辅助治疗效果明显,可有效改善膝关节功能,缓解膝关节疼痛。 Objective To investigate the effect of ozone therapy assisted arthroscopic fibular osteotomy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 88 patients with KOA admitted to Luoyang First People’s Hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic fibular osteotomy,while the observation group was treated with ozone therapy assisted arthroscopic fibular osteotomy.The treatment effects and related indexes of knee joint were retrospectively compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=5.091,P=0.024).After 4 weeks of treatment,the Lysholm knee function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(t=9.703,P=0.001),visual analog scale and western ontario mcmaster university osteoarthritis index visualization scale were lower than those in the control group(t=5.898,11.650,P<0.05).Conclusions After the treatment of KOA patients undergoing arthroscopic fibular osteotomy,the adjuvant treatment effect of ozone therapy is obvious,which can effectively improve knee joint function and relieve knee joint pain.
