骨肽注射液对四肢骨折患者骨代谢及血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6水平的影响 被引量:6

Effect of osteopeptide injection on bone metabolism and serum CRP,IL-1 and IL-6 levels in patients with limb fractures

摘要 目的:探讨骨肽注射液对四肢骨折患者骨代谢及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:抽取于2016年12月至2019年10月在平煤神马医疗集团总医院接受治疗的216例四肢骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(108例)和观察组(108例)。对照组患者采用内固定术后予以常规抗感染治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合骨肽注射液治疗,两组患者治疗周期均为30 d。比较两组患者治疗前,治疗15、30 d疼痛程度评分,治疗前后骨代谢指标及血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6水平。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗15、30 d两组患者NRS评分呈逐渐降低趋势,且观察组均低于对照组;与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后血清骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PICP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;两组患者治疗后血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:骨肽注射液可有效减轻四肢骨折患者的疼痛程度,加快骨代谢速度,抑制炎症反应,促进恢复。 Objective To investigate the effect of osteopeptide injection on bone metabolism and serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in patients with limb fractures.Methods A total of 216 patients with limb fractures admitted to General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group from December 2016 to October 2019 were selected,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 108 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional anti-infective treatment after internal fixation,and patients in the observation group were treated with osteopeptide injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 30 d.The pain scores before and 15 d,30 d after treatment,and bone metabolism indexes and serum CRP,IL-1,and IL-6 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with before treatment,the NRS scores of the two groups of patients gradually decreased after 15 d and 30 d of treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;compared with before treatment,the levels of serum bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),type I procollagen carboxyl terminal peptide(PICP)and Osteocalcin(BGP)of the two groups of patients increased after treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;after treatment,the serum CRP,IL-1 and IL-6 levels of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bone peptide injection can effectively reduce the pain of patients with limb fracture,accelerate the speed of bone metabolism,inhibit inflammatory reaction,and promote recovery.
