Russia’s oil and gas industry in 2020

2020年,俄罗斯油气工业发展严重受挫,各项指标均明显下降。原油产量为5.13亿吨,比上年减产8.5%;原油一次加工量为2.7亿吨,比上年减少5.3%;原油出口量为2.39亿吨,比上年减少10.8%。天然气产量为6929亿立方米,比上年减少6.1%;天然气出口量为1922亿立方米,比上年减少9.4%;LNG产量和出口量分别达到3050万吨和3030万吨,较2019年分别增长3.4%和4.5%。俄政府批准《俄罗斯2035年能源发展战略》,出台多个政策推动车用天然气燃料市场发展。随着全球经济增长逐步回升,预计2021年俄油气工业将逐步恢复增长。

In 2020,the development of Russia’s oil and gas industry suffered a serious setback and all indicators declined significantly.Russian crude oil output reached 513 million tons and decreased by 8.5% compared to the same period in the year before.The refinery throughput was 270 million tons,a decrease of 5.3%.Crude oil exports amounted to 239 million tons,which means a 10.8% decrease.Moreover,Russia produced 692.9 billion cubic meters of natural gas,a decrease of 6.1%,and exported 192.2 billion cubic meters of natural gas,a decrease of 9.4%.It produced 30.5 million tons LNG,an increase of 3.4%,and exported 30.3 million tons of LNG,which means an increase of 4.5%.The Russian government approved Russia’s energy strategy before 2035 and issued several policies to promote the development of fuel market for natural gas vehicles.With the gradual recovery of global economic growth,the Russian oil and gas industry is expected to gradually restore growth in 2021.
