高校扩招视域下思想政治教育专业毕业生就业质量研究——以中国地质大学(武汉)思想政治教育专业毕业生为例

Research on the Employment Quality of Ideological and Political Education Major Graduates from the Perspective of College Enrollment Expansion——Taking the Graduates of Ideological and Political Education Major of China University of Geosciences(Wuhan)a

本文通过梳理近五年中国地质大学(武汉)思想政治教育专业毕业生就业数据,并结合对毕业生及招聘单位的调研结果,研究思想政治教育专业毕业生的就业质量及存在的问题,进而从培养方案、课程结构、升学深造、职业规划、实践活动等方面提出改进策略,以提高思想政治教育专业毕业生就业质量。

By combing the employment data of Ideological and political education major graduates of China University of Geosciences(Wuhan)in recent five years,and combining with the survey results of graduates and employers,this paper studies the employment quality and existing problems of Ideological and political education major graduates,and then puts forward improvement strategies from the aspects of training scheme,curriculum structure,further study,career planning,practical activities,etc.,so as to improve the employment quality.
