摘要
利用一种简便的一步溶剂热法合成了氮/铝共掺杂碳点,该碳点的水溶液在红光发射区的发光量子效率达30%。分别通过原子力显微镜(AFM)、动态光散射(DLS)粒度分析仪、荧光光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)等对其颗粒尺寸、表面化学结构及荧光性能进行了表征。所合成的氮/铝共掺杂碳点颗粒的平均直径为6.5 nm,在高浓度盐离子溶液、紫外光照射及温度变换下具有较强的抗漂白能力。同时,该碳点作为一种新型的荧光探针,可用于H2O2的选择性识别,检测极限为1.3μmol/L,碳点荧光淬灭效率与0.12~1 mmol/L的H2O2浓度呈线性关系。
A simple one-pot solvothermal procedure was employed to synthesize N/Al co-doped carbon dots(CDs)with a red emission photoluminescence quantum yield up to 30% in aqueous solution. The particle size,surface functional groups and fluorescent properties of the as-prepared CDs were characterized by atomic force microscopy(AFM), dynamic light scattering(DLS) granulometer, fluorescence spectrometer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The average diameter of the asprepared N/Al co-doped carbon point particles is 6. 5 nm,and CD particles have strong anti-bleaching ability under the influences of high concentration salt ion solution,UV irradiation and temperature change. Meanwhile,these CDs can be developed as a novel fluorescence probe for the detection of H2 O2 with a detection limit of 1. 3 μmol/L.Moreover, there exists a linear correlation between the quenching efficiency of CD fluorescence and the concentration of H2 O2 within 0. 12-1 mmol/L.
