摘要
本论文主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验研究法、数理统计法和对比分析法等方法,从教学改革的角度出发,对武术项目实施段位制现状进行了分析,通过研究得出:武术段位制符合武术教学规律;提高了学生专项技能,培养了学生能力素质;适合学生身心特点,激发了学生习武兴趣;养成了学生优良品质,培育了优秀民族精神;拓展了武术功能实效,形成了终身体育理念。
By using literature review, expert interviews, survey, experimental methods, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, from the point of view of teaching reform, this paper does the analysis on the status quo of implementation of sanda(free combat) Dan(ranking) system on wushu(martial arts) event and makes the following conclusions: sanda Dan system is in line with the teaching principles of wushu;it cultivates students’ skills and comprehensive quality;it is suitable for students’ physical and psychological characteristics;it helps students develop good quality and an outstanding national spirit.
