静脉滴注联合局部应用氨甲环酸在膝关节单髁置换术中的应用效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察单髁置换术前静脉滴注联合术中局部浸泡氨甲环酸的止血效果,评估其是否有利于患者术后快速康复。方法纳入自2018-01—2019-12行单髁置换术治疗的32例膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎,16例术前静脉滴注联合术中局部浸泡氨甲环酸(观察组),16例不用氨甲环酸(对照组)。结果32例均获得随访,随访时间平均12.8(3~23)个月。观察组均未输血,而对照组3例需要输血。术后切口均愈合良好,无血肿形成,无切口感染、皮肤坏死、下肢深静脉血栓形成及其他严重并发症。观察组术后24 h引流量明显少于对照组,术后血红蛋白、红细胞压积高于对照组,术后至下床活动时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2周膝关节疼痛VAS评分、膝关节功能HSS评分为差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膝关节单髁置换术前静脉滴注联合局部浸泡氨甲环酸能有效减少术后出血量并降低输血率,缩短术后至下床活动时间,不增加感染、血栓等并发症发生风险,可加速患者术后康复进程。
