床旁超声在休克患者动态监测各脏器液体复苏的应用

摘要 休克在重症患者中很常见,与器官灌注不足、组织缺氧的持续时间密切相关,若不及时治疗将会导致患者的死亡。因此,及时诊断和适当的治疗对患者的生存至关重要。床旁超声作为评估休克患者血流动力学的主要方法之一,具备无创、即时、可视、连续、动态、准确、可重复、流程化、规范化的特点。对于在重症监护环境中工作的医生而言,它为鉴别诊断和血流动力学监测提供了强大而快速的工具,可以将即时超声检查结果与患者整体临床情况结合起来做出评估,指导治疗方案。 Shock is very common in critically ill patients.If it is not treated in time,it will lead to death of the patient.It is closely related to the duration of organ hypoperfusion and tissue hypoxia.Therefore,timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment are vital to the survival of patients.Bedside ultrasound,as one of the main methods for evaluating hemodynamics in shock patients,has the characteristics of non-invasive,instant,visual,continuous,dynamic,accurate,repeatable,process-oriented,and standardized.For doctors working in an intensive care environment,it provides a powerful and fast tool for differential diagnosis and hemodynamic monitoring.It can combine the results of immediate ultrasound examination with the overall clinical situation of the patient to make assessments and guide treatment plans.
