2015-2017年四川省伤害疾病负担分析

Disease Burden of Injuries in Sichuan Province From 2015 to 2017

目的分析2015-2017年四川省伤害疾病负担现状,为制定疾病防控措施提供科学的参考依据。方法收集2015-2017年四川省居民伤害疾病的死亡数据,通过死亡率和伤残调整寿命年(DALY)来评估居民疾病负担水平。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行数据处理和分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果 2015-2017年四川省居民伤害死亡率为49.72/10万,其中意外伤害(85.82%),故意伤害(14.18%),主要死因包括道路交通事故、跌倒和自害;2015-2017年伤害DALY总负担为每千人口10.32人年,其中YLL(73.06%),YLD(26.94%),YLL负担高于YLD(P<0.001);0~4岁这个年龄段的疾病负担最高,DALY可达每千人口16.05人年;男性伤害疾病负担高于女性(P<0.001),尤以道路交通事故和跌倒最为显著。结论伤害给四川省居民带来较重的疾病负担,重点可防控疾病包括道路交通事故、跌倒和自害。

Objective To analyze the disease burden of injuries in Sichuan Province so as to provide scientific evidence for effective prevention and control of diseases. Methods Data on injury deaths of residents in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2017 were collected. The disease burden of injuries was estimated by disability-adjusted life year(DALY) and mortality rate. SPSS 25.0 software was used for date processing and analysis. Chi-square test was used to compare therates,and the test was α=0.05. Results From 2015 to 2017,the injury mortality rate of Sichuan residents was 49.72/105. As for the injury mortality rate,accidental injuries accounted for 85.82%,and intentional injury accounted for 14.18%. The leading causes of deaths were road traffic accidents,falls and self-inflicted injuries.From 2015 to 2017, the total DALY caused by injuries was 10.32 person-year per 1 000 population in Sichuan. YLL accounted for 73.06% of the total DALY, and YLD accounted for 2.25% of the total DALY. The burden of YLL was higher than that of YLD(P<0.001). The disease burden of injuries is highest in the 0-4 age group,with a DALY of 16.05 person-years per1 000 population. The disease burden of injuries in males are higher than that in females(P<0.001),especially road traffic accidents and falls. Conclusion Injuries bring heavy burden to residents in Sichuan Province. The priority preventable diseases include road traffic accidents,falls and self-harm.
