辽宁省苹果产业发展形势分析与应对策略

Analysis on the Development Situation of Apple Industry in Liaoning Province and Countermeasures

辽宁省苹果面积自2000年的41.0万hm^(2)至2019年的20.4万hm^(2)呈现下滑趋势,但产量却从164万t跃升至280万t,增加了70.7%。期间苹果主产区仍以‘红富士’为主,‘国光’‘金冠’‘新红星’等老品种被淘汰比较严重,而苹果栽培次适宜区‘寒富’苹果却发展迅猛,目前已近饱和,大多进入盛果期,产量提升幅度较大,基本填补了被淘汰品种的空白,如今全省苹果栽培面积虽然下降但产量大幅增加,产品供大于求,导致价格降低、产品滞销的形势异常严峻,产业优势不再重现,亟需转型升级,采取必要应对策略。

The apple area in Liaoning Province was declining from 410 000 hm^(2) in 2000 to 204 000 hm^(2) in 2019,but the output jumped from 1.64 million tons to 2.8 million tons,an increase of 70.7%.The main apple producing area was still dominated by ‘Red Fuji’.Old varieties such as ‘Guoguang’‘Jinguan’ and ‘Xinhongxing’ had been eliminated seriously.But the development of ‘Hanfu’ apple in the apple cultivationsub suitable area was rapid.Nearly saturated at present.Fill the gap in the domestic related fields.Most of them had entered the full fruit stage,with a large increasement in yield.Although the area of apple cultivation in the whole province had declined,the yield had increased.Product supply exceeded demand,the situation of price reduction and unsalable products was extremely severe.But industrial advantages no longer reappeared.Urgent need for transformation and upgrading,and necessary response strategies.
