摘要
志贺菌是常见的革兰阴性致病菌,是细菌性痢疾的病原体。近年来,性传播已成为志贺菌重要的传播途径之一,经性传播志贺菌对抗菌药物的低敏或耐药也不断出现。本文对经性传播志贺菌感染的流行病学、耐药现状与检测方法进行了综述,比较了培养法、免疫学方法与分子检测法的原理和检测性能,为我国开展对经性传播的志贺菌感染的防治提供参考依据。
Shigella is a common gram-negative bacteria and the pathogen of bacillary dysentery.In recent years,sexual transmission has become an important part of Shigella epidemiology.The low sensitivity or drug resistance of sexually transmitted Shigella is also emerging.This review explained the epidemiology,drug resistance,and detection methods of Shigella through sexual transmission.The principle and limit of detection(LOD)of culture method,immunology method,and molecular detection method were compared to provide scientific references for the prevention and control of Shigella.
