中国古代图书馆管理思想研究——基于清代官府藏书楼的管理实践

Research on the Management Thought of Chinese Ancient Library——Base on the Management of the Official Library of the Qing Dynasty

【目的/意义】古代藏书楼的管理思想可为新文科背景下图书馆学学科建设以及中国特色图书馆管理思想体系建设提供历史镜鉴。【方法/过程】采用史论结合的方法,对清代官府藏书楼管理实践及其历史背景进行深入分析。【结果/结论】从载体、内容、价值、制度结构四个维度挖掘和发现清代官府藏书楼之"文以载道、寓藏于修、统筹规划、明分任职、以文治国、培育贤才、按法治众、广为传布"的管理思想,为探寻中国特色图书馆管理思想源流及精神脉络提供参考。【创新/局限】在史料整理基础上对官府藏书楼蕴含的管理思想进行分析和梳理,使一个历史时期的图书馆管理思想得以系统、客观地呈现。然而,史料的全面性和典型性受一定条件制约,因此梳理出的管理思想所涵盖内容会有所局限。

【Purpose/significance】The management thought of the ancient library can provide a historical mirror for subject construction of library science under the background of new liberal arts and the system construction of management thoughts of Chinese characteristic library.【Method/process】We use the method of combining history and theory to deeply analyze the management practice and historical background of the official library of the Qing Dynasty.【Result/conclusion】We excavated and discovered the management thought of the official library of the Qing Dynasty from the four perspectives of carrier, content, value, and institutional structure. These thoughts include truth expressed in literature, collection through compilation and arrangement, overall planning, clear division of responsibilities, rule the country with culture, cultivate talents, rule the public according to rules, spread widely. This provides a reference for finding the source of management thought and spiritual context of libraries with Chinese characteristics.【Innovation/limitation】Through sorting out historical materials, we analyzed and sorted out the management thoughts contained in the official library.This process systematically and objectively presented a period of library management thought. However, the veracity and typicality of historical data is restricted by some conditions. Therefore, the content of the management thought we sorted out is limited.
