延续性康复护理联合下肢训练干预对骨肉瘤膝关节置换患者Lysholm评分及生活质量的影响

Effects of continuous rehabilitation nursing combined with lower limb training on Lysholm score and quality of life in patients receiving knee replacement for osteosarcoma

目的探讨延续性康复护理联合下肢训练干预对骨肉瘤膝关节置换患者Lysholm评分及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月间西安国际医学中心医院和唐都医院收治的78例行骨肉瘤膝关节置换术的患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用延续性康复护理联合下肢训练干预,出院后干预3个月。比较两组患者干预前后Lysholm膝关节评分、KSP功能状态评分和膝关节肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间及恢复劳作时间。结果干预3个月后,两组患者Lysholm评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预3个月后,两组患者KSP评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间及恢复劳作时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论延续性康复护理联合下肢训练干预,可促进骨肉瘤膝关节置换患者膝关节功能恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of continuous rehabilitation nursing combined with lower limb training intervention on Lysholm score and quality of life in patients receiving knee replacement for osteosarcoma. Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent knee replacement for osteosarcoma at Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital and Tangdu Hospital were selected from January 2019 to January2020. Using random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 39 patients in each group. The observation group was given continuous rehabilitation nursing combined with lower limb training intervention besides conventional nursing and the control group was given conventional nursing intervention. Intervention was given to them for 3 months after discharge. The Lysholm knee joint score,Karnofsky functional performance( KSP) score,time to remission of knee swelling and time to normal working were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results At 3 months after the intervention,the Lysholm score and KSP total score increased in both groups compared with before the intervention with the observation group significantly higher than the control group( all P<0.05). Time to swelling and pain disappearance and time to work recovery were significantly shorter in observation group than in the control group( all P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous rehabilitation nursing combined with lower limb training intervention can promote the recovery of knee function in patients undergoing knee replacement for osteosarcoma,and it is beneficial to improve the quality of life.
