面齿轮展成磨削表面粗糙度的建模与分析 被引量:1

Modeling and analysis of surface roughness for generating grinding of face gear

摘要 根据面齿轮的展成磨削原理和齿面数学模型,分析了碟形砂轮展成磨削面齿轮时表面粗糙度的形成机理与影响因素。基于碟形砂轮的加工轨迹分析方法,结合碟形砂轮表面形貌的预测及磨削过程中其与面齿轮毛坯之间的接触变形分析,建立了沿着面齿轮齿面接触线进行展成磨削的表面粗糙度计算模型。通过理论-实验相结合的面齿轮磨削表面粗糙度分析表明:碟形砂轮形貌及其与面齿轮之间的接触变形是影响面齿轮磨削精度的主要因素,面齿轮展成磨削齿面的精度一致性良好,为面齿轮展成磨削工艺的优化控制提供了理论借鉴。 According to generating grinding principle of face gear and the tooth surface mathematical model of face gear,the formation mechanism and influencing factors of surface roughness in generating grinding of face gear by disc wheel are analyzed.Based on the analysis method of machining path by disc wheel,combined with the prediction of the surface topography of the disc wheel and the contact deformation analysis between the disc wheel and the face gear blank,a surface roughness calculation model for generating grinding along the contact line of the face gear tooth surface is established.By combining theories and experiment,the surface roughness analysis results show that the contact deformation between the disc wheel and the face gear and the morphology of grinding wheel are the main factors affecting the grinding accuracy of the face gear.The accuracy consistency of the face gear generating grinding gear tooth surface is good.The study provides a theoretical reference for the optimal control of face gear generating grinding process.
