实测法噪声地图在大型空分装置噪声控制中的应用

摘要 目的了解大型空分装置噪声危害水平及影响范围,为其噪声危害治理和制定控制策略提供科学依据。方法选择某石化企业大型空分装置作为调查对象进行现场调查,对高噪声设备进行摸底、排序,对空分装置噪声强度进行检测,并对定点噪声结果进行频谱分析。同时,通过现场实测的方法,采用数据分析工具pandas、matplotlib进行数据处理绘制大型空分装置噪声地图。结果空分装置噪声强度达90 dB(A)及以上的高噪声区域(红色区域)主要存在于装置中心区域以及空气压缩机组四周,其中压缩机出气管路、防喘振放空管路、放空消声器、增压机进气管路等区域红色最深。结论噪声地图精准直观的反应了空分装置作业场所内噪声分布情况,明确装置内各主要噪声源的影响范围和员工巡检作业时可能接触情况,为后续研究工人噪声暴露影响因素与控制策略如巡检路线规划、企业管理方案、个体防护方案提供可视资料。 Objective To understand the factors affecting the noise exposure of workers in large air separation plants in order to provide a scientific basis for their noise hazard management and control strategies.Methods A large-scale air separation unit in a petrochemical enterprise was selected to conduct field investigation.The noise hazard status of air separation unit was tested in real time.The high noise equipment was thoroughly investigated and ranked,and the fixed-point noise results were analyzed by frequency spectrum.In addition,the noise map of large-scale air separation unit was drawn by field measurement method.Results The high-noise area(red area)of 90 dB(A)and above of the air separation plant was mainly in the center area of the plant and around the air compressor unit.Notably,the compressor outlet pipe,anti-surge vent pipe,vent muffler,and turbocharger intake pipe and the other areas show the darkest red.Conclusion The noise map can accurately and intuitively reflect the noise distribution in the air separation plant's work site,and clarify the influence range of the main noise sources in the plant and the possible exposure of employees during inspection operations,providing data for the follow-up study of factors affecting workers'noise exposure and developing control strategies.
