2020年襄阳市600名医疗放射工作人员职业健康检查结果分析 被引量:2

Occupational Health Examination Results of 600 Medical Radiation Workers in Xiangyang City in 2020

摘要 目的了解襄阳市2020年医疗机构放射工作人员的职业健康现状,为进一步做好医疗机构放射工作人员的职业健康监护管理提供参考依据。方法收集2020年在襄阳市中西医结合医院体检的600名从事放射工作的医务人员在岗职业健康体检资料,采用χ2检验、t检验及单因素分析对结果进行描述和分析。结果600名放射工作人员中,男女性别比为1.64∶1,放射专业以放射诊断学为主(55.3%)。放射工作人员异常率较高的前5位指标为腹部彩超、肾功能、心电图、血压及尿常规异常,异常检出率分别为56.7%、29.8%、25.0%、15.5%和13.7%。不同性别比较,血糖平均水平差异有统计学意义(t=19.18,P<0.05),不同年龄比较,PLT计数和血糖平均水平差异有统计学意义(F=5.74、8.80,P<0.05),其中年龄最小组PLT计数平均水平最高,血糖最低,年龄最大组血糖平均水平最高,不同工龄比较,HGB、PLT计数、血糖平均水平差异有统计学意义(F=4.50、2.96、11.48,P<0.05),其中最低工龄组PLT均值最高,血糖平均水平随工龄增长呈上升趋势,不同工种相比,HGB和血糖水平差异有统计学意义(F=3.94、2.63,P<0.05),放射治疗组的平均水平高于其他工种。结论襄阳市放射工作人员血象异常检出率较高,应加强宣传,提高自我保护意识,做好放射工作人员职业健康管理。 Objective To understand the current status of occupational health of radiation workers in medical institutions in Xiangyang City in 2020 so as to provide a reference for further improving the occupational health monitoring and management of radiation workers in medical institutions.Methods We collected the occupational health examination data of 600 medical staff engaged in radiology in the Xiangyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in2020. The data were analyzed by using χ^(2) test, t test and one-way analysis of variance. Results Among the 600 radiation workers, the male to female ratio was 1.64∶ 1, and the major of radiology was diagnostic radiology(55.3%).The top five indicators with a high abnormal rate of radiation workers were abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,renal function,electrocardiogram,blood pressure and urine routine abnormalities,and the corresponding detection rates were 56.7%,29.8%,25.0%,15.5% and 13.7%,respectively.The difference in average blood glucose level between different sexes was statistically significant(t=19.18, P<0.05). There was significant difference of PLT count and average blood glucose level among different age groups(F=5.74 and 8.80,P<0.05). Notably,the oldest group had the highest average level of PLT counts and the lowest blood sugar, and the oldest group had the highest average blood glucose levels. The differences of HGB, PLT counts, and average blood glucose levels among radiation workers with different years of service were statistically significant(F=4.50,2.96,11.48,P<0.05). The average PLT of the lowest working years group was the highest,and the average blood glucose level showed an upward trend with the increase of working years. The difference between HGB and blood glucose levels of the medical staff with different types of work was statistically significant(F=3.94, 2.63, P<0.05). The average level of HGB and blood glucose levels in the radiation therapy oncology group is higher than that in other types of work. Conclusion The abnormal detection rate of hemogram of radiation workers is relatively high in Xiangyang City. Publicity should be strengthened, self-protection awareness should be improved,and occupational health management of radiation workers should be done.
