2015-2019年成都市内省直医疗机构消毒效果监测结果分析

Surveillance Results of the Quality of Disinfections in Provincially Affiliated Medical Institutions in Chengdu City From 2015 to 2019

目的分析医疗机构消毒效果,提高消毒灭菌工作质量,科学指导医院消毒,预防和控制医院感染发生。方法依据GB15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》,2015-2019年通过现场采样及实验检测,对位于成都市的16所省直医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手等进行消毒效果监测评价。对监测结果的合格率采用χ2检验进行分析,检验水准为α=0.05。结果2015-2019年共采样5002件,总合格率99.00%,2015-2019年度合格率分别是99.51%,99.14%,99.04%,98.84%和99.26%。不同监测项目中,使用中消毒液合格率最高为100.00%,,物体表面99%,室内空气99%,医务人员手98%,压力蒸汽灭菌器98%,医院污水97%,消毒后内镜91%,2015年菌落总数合格率最低,仅为86.21%。结论成都市省直医疗机构消毒效果整体较好,但仍存在部分问题,尤其是消毒后内镜合格率略低,需进一步加强内镜消毒管理,提高消毒质量。

Objective To analyze the disinfection effect of provincially affiliated medical institutions in Chengdu City so as to improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization,scientifically guide hospital disinfection,and prevent and control the occurrence of hospital infection.Methods According to GB 15982-2012 Sanitary Standards for Nosocomial Disinfection edition,consecutive surveillance was conducted for the quality of disinfections of indoor air,objects′surface,medical workers′hands in 16 provincially affiliated medical institutions in Chengdu City through specimen sampling and lab testing from 2015 to 2019.Results A total of 5002 samples were collected from 2015 to 2019,and the total qualified rate was 99.00%.The qualified rates in 2015,2016,2017,2018 and 2019 were 99.51%,99.14%,99.04%,98.84%and 99.26%,respectively.Among the different monitoring items,the highest qualified rate was 100.00%of disinfection solution in use,followed by 99%of object surface,99%of indoor air,98%of medical staff's hands,98%of autoclaves,97%of hospital sewage,and 91%of postdisinfection endoscopes.The qualified rate of total number of colonies in 2015 was the lowest(86.21%).Conclusion The disinfecting effects of provincially affiliated medical institutions were generally good in Chengdu City,but there remained some problems,especially the low qualification rates of endoscopes.The administration of disinfections needed to be further strengthened to improve the quality of disinfection.
