摘要
贝尔纳奖作为STS领域的最高奖项,其获奖者的成长轨迹对于研究STS领域的人才培养具有重要价值。通对过这一杰出群体最佳科研产出年龄、跨学科及近亲繁殖情况、论文产出、学术脉络等方面的分析,特对中国STS未来人才培养及科研管理提出如下建议:探索以年龄为主要标准的科研管理制度、倡导跨学科教育避免近亲繁殖、科研产出应从量转向质、秉持特色即一流理念创建中国STS学派。
As the top prize in the field of STS,Bernal Prize recipients’growth trajectories have a great value to study talents cultivation in the field of STS.Through analyzing the optimal age of publishing academic output,interdisciplinary and inbreeding conditions,academic output,academic thread,etc.of this remarkable group,the following suggestions are put forward for the future talents cultivation and research management of STS in China:to explore the research management system on age,advocate interdisciplinary education to avoid inbreeding,shift measurements standard of research outputs from quantitative to qualitative,and keep on the concept that to be characteristic that is to be the first-class to establish our own STS school in China.
