直肠癌合并继发性血小板增多症一例
摘要
患者女,71岁,因“肛门坠胀不适伴大便排出闲难1个月”入院。2年前发现血小板增多,未查明病因及规律治疗。直肠指珍距肛缘3 cm处可触及溃疡型肿物,质硬,活动度可。肠镜下见距肛缘2~6cm溃疡型病变,病理检查为腺癌。
