冰水球囊扩张对促进脑干卒中后咽期吞咽障碍恢复疗效分析

摘要 目的观察冰水球囊扩张治疗脑干卒中后咽期吞咽功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将30例脑干卒中后咽期吞咽功能障碍患者分成观察组和对照组,观察组给予冰水球囊扩张及常规吞咽功能训练,对照组给予常温水球囊扩张及常规吞咽功能训练。于治疗4周前后对2组患者进行吞咽功能评定及吞咽造影检查,包括洼田饮水试验、渗透-误吸量表评分。结果治疗后两组患者较治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冰水球囊扩张联合常规吞咽功能训练较常温水球囊扩张联合常规吞咽功能训练能更有效改善脑干卒中后的咽期功能障碍。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of ice water balloon dilation in the treatment of swallowing dysfunction after brainstem stroke.Methods Thirty patients with swallowing dysfunction after brainstem stroke were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given ice water balloon dilatation and routine swallowing function training,while the control group was given normal temperature water balloon dilatation and routine swallowing function training.Before and after 4 weeks of treatment,swallowing function evaluation and swallowing angiography examination were performed in the two groups,including Watian drinking water test and penetration aspiration scale score.Results After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ice water balloon dilatation combined with routine swallowing function training is more effective than warm water balloon dilatation combined with routine swallowing function training in improving swallowing dysfunction after brainstem stroke.
