摘要
通过对515份样本数据的统计分析,探究体育锻炼对大学生心理幸福感的影响,并以自我效能感为中介变量、锻炼氛围为调节变量,阐释体育锻炼对大学生心理幸福感的内在影响机制及条件。研究发现:体育锻炼对大学生心理幸福感具有显著正向影响;自我效能感在体育锻炼影响大学生心理幸福感的过程中发挥部分中介作用;锻炼氛围能够正向调节体育锻炼对大学生心理幸福感的影响,即锻炼氛围越好,体育锻炼对大学生心理幸福感的正向影响越显著。
Through the statistical analysis of 515 sample data,the paper explores the influence of physical exercise on college students’happiness,and explains the internal influence mechanism and conditions with the sense of self-efficacy and exercise atmosphere as the adjustment variable.The study finds that physical exercise has a significant positive effect on college students.The self-efficacy plays a intermediary role in the influence of physical exercise on college students,namely the better the exercise atmosphere,the more significant the positive effect of physical exercise on college students.
