摘要
“特奥融合学校计划”对促进智力障碍群体的社会融合具有重要作用,对我国特奥融合学校的空间分布与影响因素进行分析,发现其在空间分布上呈阶梯式分布、极化分布等特点,导致活动开展存在资源配置不合理、宣传推广效用低、新老签约校后续发展不均衡等问题。影响其空间分布主要因素有经济发展、民族文化、社会观念等。在此基础上,针对运行模式、资源配置、民族文化、激励保障等方面提出相关建议,以期推动特奥融合学校计划本土化、规范化发展。
The Special Olympics Unified School Program plays an important role in promoting the social integration of the mental disabilities groups.The paper discusses the spatial distribution and influence factors of the special Olympics schools in China and finds that the schools have spatial ladder distribution and polarization distribution,which lead to the unreasonable resource allocation,low promotion utility,and the imbalanced development of old and new contract schools.The main factors affecting the spatial distribution are economic development,national culture and social concept.The paper proposes suggestions about the operation mode,resource allocation,ethnic culture and incentive guarantee in order to promote the localization and standardized development of the Special Olympic Unified School Plan.
