Analysis of Overall Social Network of Sports Team:Theory and Application

梳理了社会网络分析理论形成和发展的脉络,阐述了整体网相对于个体网在团队研究中的优势,进一步确立了整体网在运动队研究中的类型及衡量指标,探讨了各整体网指标对不同类型团队的影响效果,通过个案分析对两支运动队的整体网络进行了比较。建议在今后各级教练员和管理人员的培训过程中,增加运动队社会网络分析的理论、方法和实践内容,使教练员及运动队的管理者能够掌握并运用该理论和方法,逐渐实现运动队管理从“经验型”向“科学型”转变。

The paper analyses the formation and development of the social network analysis theory,and expounds on the advantages of the overall network over the individual network,further establishes the type and measure of the overall network in the sports team research,discusses the influence of the overall network index on different types of teams,and compares the overall network of the two sports teams through case analysis.It is suggested that in the future training process of coaches and management personnel at all levels,it is necessary to increase the theory,method and practical content of social network analysis of sports teams,so that the coaches and sports team managers can master and apply this theory and method,and gradually realize the transformation of sports team management from the experience type to scientific type.
