摘要
目的调查正常成年人血清促甲状腺素(TSH)水平,并分析性别、年龄、BMI、季节对TSH水平的影响。方法2018年在解放军总医院第一医学中心进行健康体检的成年人检验资料20081例。95%分位数法调查中青年(18~60岁)及老年人(>60岁)TSH水平。分析不同性别、年龄(每10岁为1组)、BMI(低体重、正常、偏胖、肥胖)、采血季节(春夏秋冬)TSH水平差异,探索各因素对TSH水平的影响。结果中青年TSH水平为2.10(0.74,5.66)mIU/L,老年人为2.19(0.69,6.48)mIU/L,老年人群水平高于中青年人水平(P=0.000)。各年龄组、BMI组、季节组中女性TSH水平高于男性。肥胖组TSH水平高于体重正常组(男性P=0.004,女性P=0.022)。四个季节中,男性和女性均为秋季TSH水平最低,女性在冬季达到TSH最高水平。结论调查初步建立了中青年及老年人群TSH参考区间;TSH水平女性高于男性,肥胖人群高于体重正常人群,冬季高于秋季。
Objective To investigate serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)level of healthy adults and to analyze the influences from gender,age,BMI and season.Methods Data of 20081 healthy physical examining adults from the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital during 2018 was collected.Midian(2.5%and 97.5%quantile)was used to investigate the TSH level of young/middle-aged people(18-60 years old)and the elderly(>60 years old).The differences of TSH level among different groups of gender,age(10 as the age group interval),BMI(low weight,normal,overweight,obesity)and season(spring,summer,autumn and winter)were analyzed to explore the influences of various factors on TSH.Results The elderly people have a TSH level of 2.19(0.69,6.48)mIU/L,which was higher than that of young/middle-aged people of 2.10(0.74,5.66)mIU/L(P=0.000).The TSH level of female was higher than that of male in all groups.TSH in the obesity group was higher than that in the normal weight group(male P=0.004,female P=0.022).The TSH level was the lowest in autumn for both male and female,and the highest in winter for female.Conclusion TSH reference interval of young/middle-aged and elderly people has been preliminarily established in the current study.Specifically,TSH level of female is higher than that of male,obese TSH level is higher than that of normal weight,TSH in winter is higher than that in autumn.
