摘要
铸造Al-Si合金是铸造铝合金中的一类重要合金,具有优异的铸造工艺性能、较小的收缩率和热膨胀系数、良好的综合力学性能等,广泛应用于航空航天工业和汽车制造工业,如战斗机的导弹挂架、汽车的轮毂等。综述了国内外关于Sc以及Sc与其他元素联合添加入铸造Al-Si合金中的作用研究现状,包括添加Sc或联合添加Sc与其他元素后,铸造Al-Si合金的初生α-Al晶粒、初生Si、共晶Si、含铁杂质相、拉伸性能、高温性能、蠕变性能等的变化,分析讨论了在未来进行相关研究时的注意事项及需要进一步研究的内容。
Al-Si casting alloy is an important kind of aluminum alloy.It has excellent casting process performance,small shrinkage and thermal expansion coefficient,and good comprehensive mechanical properties.It is widely used in aerospace industry and automobile manufacturing industry,such as missile hanger for fighter aircraft,automobile hub,etc.The research status of effects of Sc and Sc combined with other elements in Al-Si casting alloys at home and abroad was reviewed,including the changes of primaryα-Al grain,primary Si,eutectic Si,iron impurity phase,tensile properties,high temperature properties and creep properties of Al-Si casting alloys after Sc or Sc combined with other elements were added.The matters needing attention and needing further study in future research were analyzed and discussed.
