摘要 研究了四元混合工质对一次节流系统制冷性能的影响。从安全性和环境友好两个角度出发,选择了两种不同的四元混合工质作为研究对象,分别记为MR 1和MR 2;通过遗传算法对两种研究对象的最佳摩尔浓度进行了优化;在同等工况的实验系统里对两种研究对象进行了对比研究。通过比较混合工质的节流效应、系统中压缩机的运行参数及箱内温度等方面,从而探究两种系统的制冷性能。实验结果表明,相对于MR 1制冷系统,MR 2制冷系统制冷量更大,降温范围更宽,COP更高。 The effect of quaternary mixed refrigerants on the refrigeration performance of primary throttling system was studied.First of all,from the perspectives of safety and environmental friendliness,two different quaternary mixed refrigerants were selected as the research objects,which were recorded as MR 1 and MR 2,respectively.Secondly,genetic algorithm was used to optimize the molar concentration ratio of the two research objects.Finally,a comparative study of the two objects was made in an experimental system under the same working conditions.By comparing the throttling effect of the mixed working medium,the operating parameters of the compressor in the system and the temperature in the chamber,the refrigeration performance of the two systems was explored.The experimental results show that compared with the MR 1 refrigeration system,the MR 2 refrigeration system has higher cooling capacity,wider cooling range and higher COP.
